Ordering Instructions

Step 1: CONTACT INFORMATION
Fill in your contact information in the form to the left.

Step 2: CHOOSE TURKEY/BEEF SIZE
Specify size preference. You can also choose to have our butcher spatchcock or brine your turkey. Then choose optional pre-cooked sides and/or pies.

Step 3: SPECIFY YOUR PICKUP TIME
All items will be ready for you to pickup on Monday, November 24, Tuesday, November 25, or Wednesday, November 26. Please specify your preferred pickup day and time.

Step 4: COMPLETE YOUR ORDER
When your order is complete, we'll take a $50 deposit to hold your items for pickup. The balance will be collected when you pick them up at the Butcher Shoppe.
